The Ticket & Support System
The ticket and support system exists to provide you with support from the Administration of Green Penguin. The system is to be used for support concerning issues that you feel the forum moderators are unable to resolve, or when you have a sensitive issue you don't wish everybody knowing.
The ticket and support system can also be used if you disagree with the judgement of a moderator/global moderator. If this is the case then you will need to provide a brief but detailed account of the issue.
If you have been banned from the forum, you can use this system to appeal against the ban.
Abusing the ticket system will result in infractions, or in some cases, a ban.

Your ticket will get a response from an administrator, to your email address, within 48 hours.
