Increase Avatar Size To 200*150

Not sure if this can be changed but it'd be great if we could expand the size an avatar could take up. Sometimes graphics get distorted when you shrink images, or change them.

Sometime it's 200x150 and you need to shrink it down a bit which wreaks all sorts of havoc.
