schatz, try rendering a bit more closely to the render (baby) but thats how I made my first sigs.

Render too close and you loose the detail of the image. Your first renders got you in trouble a lot, remember guldan? lol

I like the second Dead Man Walking sig the best, it's a shame that the render is not that good.

Just a tip I got from some of the sig artist on the .com server you need to make the render look like it is part of the sig and not just pasted on there. One way and possibly one of the easiest ways to do this (if you are like me and are not great at blurring) is to duplicate the render layer and on the bottom one use the blur filter "Gaussian Blur".

OMG! you're doing great now you've got your aspect ratios working. i'll make you a tut on how to simply blend sigs in GIMP later
